Jess Hearn Memorial Local Steer Ride
Wanna be a cowboy or cowgirl for a day?
Enter the local steer ride and put your skills to the test. To qualify for entry, you MUST BE a resident of Mansfield Shire and weigh less than 100kg.
Entries for 2026 are closed - our quota is full!
Follow these steps to confirm your ride:
1. Complete the APRA Day Membership form and email to treasurer@merrijigrodeo.com DO NOT send directly to APRA.
2. Pay your entry fee via direct deposit or credit card. For direct deposits, we'll send you our bank details after we've received your form.
3. We'll verify your information and send you a confirmation email, including instructions for rodeo day!
Spaces are limited to 18 riders.
Competition kicks off at 5 pm on rodeo day.
Please note: The entry fee does not include entry to the rodeo. Please ensure you have purchased a general admission ticket and enter the rodeo via the main gate.
