- 01Yes. Our capacity is limited and unless sold out prior, there will only be a small number of tickets available for sale at the gate. To avoid disappointment, book online. Please note, we have sold out for the past four years.
- 02The main event kicks off at 6.30pm and wraps up around 10-10.30pm. For more rodeo action, why not come early and see the junior events, which start at 1pm. The gates open at 12pm. We also have live music and other fun activities starting from 3pm. Click HERE to view the detailed program.
- 03Yes we do! We have three services from Mansfield, as well as services from Bonnie Doon, Maindample, Mt Buller, Sawmill Settlement, The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort, Goughs Bay, Macs Cove and Booroolite. For more information, please click HERE.
- 04Yes - there will be some seating available at the rodeo. We’ll have a limited amount of bench seating this year, but it won’t be enough for everyone. To stay comfy and get a great view, we recommend bringing your own chairs and arriving early to grab a good spot.
- 05Yes. Our buses have luggage compartments with plenty of room to stow chairs.
- 06You are welcome to bring your own food. As we are a licensed venue, there is no BYO alcohol. If you're bringing soft drinks, they need to be in unopened, branded containers (no glass). Or, if you're wanting to bring water bottles, they need to be empty to go through the gates and then you can fill up at our water stations inside (again no glass).
- 07Sometimes emails go astray, we get it. The good news is, IWannaTicket has a great online portal where you can request for your tickets to be resent. CLICK HERE to resend your tickets.
- 08We love dogs as much as you, however for the safety and comfort of all patrons, staff and competitors, the rodeo spectator area is a NO PET zone.
- 09Assistance dogs are welcome. Please ensure your dog is wearing their accredited jacket and you have your dog's qualification documentation available to show our team at the entry gate.
- 10There will be NO ATMs on site. If cash is your preferred method of payment, please bring some with you. Meanwhile, EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar, merch store and most food vendors.
- 11Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer on-site camping.
- 12Yes. EFTPOS is available at the bar, merch store and most food vendors.
- 13Yes. Our ticketing provider accepts Visa and Mastercard debit cards as well as credit cards.
