Frequently asked questions
  • Do I need to pre-book my tickets?
    Yes. Our capacity is limited and unless sold out prior, there will only be a small number of tickets available for sale at the gate. To avoid disappointment, book online.
  • I can't find my tickets. Can you resend them?
    Sometimes emails go astray, we get it. The good news is, our ticket provider, Ticketebo have a great online portal where you can request for your tickets to be resent. CLICK HERE to access the portal.
  • What time does the rodeo start and end?
    The main event kicks off at 6.30pm and wraps up around 10.30pm. For more rodeo action, why not come early and see the junior events, which start at 2pm. The gates open at 12pm.
  • Can I bring my dog to the rodeo?
    We love dogs as much as you, however the rodeo spectator arena is a NO DOG zone.
  • Do you have ATMs at the rodeo?
    There will be NO ATMs on site. If cash is your preferred method of payment, please bring some with you. Meanwhile, EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar, merch store and most food vendors.
  • Do you have camping facilities?
    Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer on-site camping.
  • Do you have EFTPOS available?
    Yes. EFTPOS is available at the bar, merch store and most food vendors.
  • I don't have a credit card. Can I still pre-purchase my tickets?
    Yes. Our ticketing provider accepts Visa and Mastercard debit cards as well as credit cards. If you prefer, you can call them on 1800 381 939 to process your payment over the phone.
  • Do you have seating or do we need to bring chairs?
    We don't have any stand seating and yes, we recommend bringing your own chairs.
